Aldair

Aldair joined DesignBridge in early 2022 after working for several years at a notable multi-family architecture and engineering firm.

Serving as a Senior Associate, Aldair’s limitless understanding of construction detailing and expanse knowledge of project managing large developments has played a significant impact in the quality of the firm’s work. Aldair balances his strong technical skills with a passion for design and brings that expertise across all projects.

In the firm, Aldair creates a fun environment for all with his cheerful disposition while providing mentorship to his peers. Growing up on the southwest side of Chicago has allowed Aldair to have a deep appreciation and connection to his current project located in the United Yards.

Outside the office, you can find Aldair relaxing with his corgi, hosting friends and family, or catching his next Pokemon.
