We seek creative, sustainable, people-first solutions bridging Architecture, Interiors and Planning. For over 40 years, we have brought a culture of design excellence to every project driven by a belief in service and legacy that spans across markets and scales. Our mission is simple: design thoughtfully and build well to deliver impactful solutions for generations to come.
Our approach puts people at its center. We listen, research and seek solutions inspired by them and their communities ensuring every project is a catalyst not only for function but also wellbeing. It is a process developed through our work across the housing market where sincere engagement and ongoing feedback loops are critical to producing lasting, high quality results. Through this transformative lens, we produce innovative strategies that respond to stakeholders’ needs at every level and scope.
Our work spans markets including new construction, renovation plus rehabilitation, master planning and execution as well as the full spectrum of design typologies: mixed-use buildings, corporate interiors, affordable housing, education buildings, civic spaces, and much more. Across these, we implement the highest standards of sustainability, performance and engagement. We pursue and execute critically important work that impacts live, work and play communities of all types on a daily basis.
We are a proud MBE firm honored to have received the 2025 Illinois Real Estate Journal (IREJ) Firm of the Year Award as well as several recognitions for our work including Casa Querétaro, Roosevelt Square 3B, Thresholds Center for Mental Wellbeing, and more. We are also excited about our upcoming projects including the transformational United Yards Master Plan and Bellwood Gateway—two projects which we are leading as master planner and architects.

We take our work seriously because we know we are leaving something permanent behind — something that can have enormous impact within the communities we serve. This is the profound responsibility we carry as architects, and we approach each project with that responsibility at the forefront — with care, rigor, and intention.

Culture
Our culture centers on service—a belief that good design is for everyone. Key to this is a focus on empathy and craft. Across projects and our office, we strive to create an atmosphere where everyone can embody these values and are empowered to make them a reality. Our work necessitates a dedication to the ultimate benefactors: people. Hence, we take great pride and responsibility in cultivating great relationships and work strategies that yield positive, long-lasting solutions.
