Bellwood Gateway encompasses full master planning and architectural services for the development of two mixed-use buildings with 71 units of workforce housing including supporting amenity spaces, outdoors terraces and surrounding landscaped plazas framing 8,000 SF of commercial space across a partially vacant stretch of St. Charles Rd.

Having recently completed senior housing nearby, The Village of Bellwood set out to develop additional housing options with the goal of developing an amenity rich, mixed use district that could attract and retain young professionals within the community. The project will transform key parcels along St. Charles Rd becoming a new, commercial gateway to the village.
